Bruin Woods 35th Reunion FAQs


1) When is the reunion?

  • Check in Saturday, August 31st at 4:00pm and check out Monday, September 2nd by 9:30am

2) What does the price of my registration include?

  • Includes: 2 night stay, 5 meals, planned Bruin Woods Activities, Reunion Shirt, Reunion Cup & Reunion Photo
  • Bruin Woods Activities include: Student Staff Shows, Softball, Limited Boat Cruises, Wine Tasting at the Zen Deck, Dance, Margaritaville, and Much more!

3) We are going to see shows? Awesome! Can I participate?

  • We are going to show everyone this year's Music and Dance Revue and Closing show; however, no previous staffers may participate in any of the shows.

4) Can I come up for the day?

  • No. Day Visitors will not be allowed onto property. They must register under the same process.

5) How will Bruin Woods know if I come up for just the day or don't register?

  • Every reunion participant will receive a wristband upon check-in

6) What sleeping situation can we expect?

  • Each condolet will generally be set in our Bruin Woods configuration... 1 queen downstairs, 1 pull out couch downstairs, and 3 twin beds upstairs. They are gonna be snug, but we want to try to accommodate as many past staffers as possible.

7) Is alcohol provided?

  • Yes, we will have our Honor Bar set up for any guest over 21 who pays ahead of time. Each guest will just need to send in a $25 check made out to the UCLA Alumni Association to: UCLA Bruin Woods, P.O. Box 160, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352. Any guest who is not 21 or has not paid the honor bar fees will not be allowed in the honor bar
